Step 3 - Submit your video
Please note that no videos, whether sent via mail or uploaded electronically, will be analyzed until payment has been received.

Option A
To submit a video via mail, send your VHS tape, digital tape, CD or DVD to:

When mailing your video, please include the athlete’s name, age, grade, school, jersey number (if game footage) and sport/position.

If you’ve not already paid for the video analysis through our secure, online payment option, please include cash, check or Money Order (payable to Perfect Technique) with your video in the amount of $95.00 for each video analysis requested.

Note: Any video (VHS, DVD, etc.) mailed to Perfect Technique becomes the property of Perfect Technique and will not be returned unless prior arrangements have been made.

To submit a video online, simply fill out the form below, browse to the file on your hard drive, and click "upload." It's that simple!
