Sunday evenings for 8 weeks.
When :
Starting December 4th and continuing until Feb. 19th, 2012.
We will not meet: Dec. 25th, Jan. 1st, Jan. 22nd and Feb. 5th.
Times:
Ages 10- 12 6:00—7:00 PM (limited to 1st 20)
Ages 13-15 7:00—8:00 PM (limited to 1st 20)
Ages 16- on up 8:00-9:00 PM (limited to 1st 20)
Cost:
8 Sessions for only $125.00 - includes tax.
Pay on the 1st session December 5th.

Sessions will include: dynamic stretching, throwing progression,
control drills, long catch for arm strength, video tape analysis to
show each thrower what they should work on, and techniques to
carry-over skills into competition.
We will have a hitting clinic on February 26th 2012. More info will follow.
