What age group is this appropriate for?
We’ve worked with athletes of all ages, from 8-9 year-olds up to professional athletes. As athletes get older, they have a greater understanding of the details of the instructions. But if you can teach an athlete how to do things correctly at a young age, he or she has a chance to learn and grow without bad habits.
Why choose this process over a camp or clinic?
We give you your own personal clinic with specific instructions to meet your needs. You can go to a camp or clinic and hear many good coaching points but not get the individual attention or instruction you often need. We’ll work with you like your own personal coach, to show you—through slow-motion video and expert instruction—what you are feeling as you go through your athletic movements and give you a plan to make improvement. Unlike a one-time camp or clinic, we’ll help you develop over a period of time through follow up and ongoing instruction.

Can I schedule group sessions?
Yes, we’ve worked with groups of all different sizes, levels and ages, from little league to college teams. Typically, groups of four or more are more economically feasible for the participants. Please contact us for more information and pricing on group sessions.
Who will analyze my video?
Coach Roney, owner and founder of Perfect Technique Sports Analysis, or one of our other sport-specific coaches will analyze your video. See about us.
How long will it take to get the video analysis of the video I've submitted?
We understand the importance of timeliness of the feedback on the video you submit. We will try to get the video analysis back to you as soon as we can, but in peak times please allow 10 working days.
What is the multimedia technology used, and why is it the best?
Perfect Technique uses Dartfish software, the most advanced video technology available on the market. Dartfish is currently used at the Olympic Training Facility to help train world-class athletes for competition, as well as with most major college-level and professional programs.
